If you're exploring my services page, you're probably wondering what I can assist you with.

In short, I can lend a hand with a wide range of tasks. While I may not be able to handle absolutely everything (no remote coffee-making abilities, sadly), I'm well-equipped for many responsibilities.

​

My background spans over a decade in customer support and administrative roles, both in for-profit and non-profit sectors, each of which I've enjoyed equally.

My career journey has led me through diverse industries, honing a variety of skills along the way.

With a proactive mindset, I thrive on learning and growth. My aim is to support you behind the scenes, taking care of the smaller tasks, so you can concentrate on expanding your business.

The Services I Offer

Research

Conducting internet research, gathering data, and preparing reports to support decision-making processes. Think of me as your digital treasure hunter.

What I can help with - I have done extensive travel research, and finding great venues for events. You name it, I'll research it. 

Customer Support

I'm the friendly face behind the keyboard. Ready to tackle inquiries with the ferocity of a caffeine-fueled squirrel (but with better answers).

​What I can help with - daily communication with potential and existing clients, basic monitoring of social media, Zoom moderation.

Website Maintenance

Fixing broken links, adding events, and editing content, I will ensure your website is in good hands and user-friendly.

What I can help with - keeping your website up to date is time-consuming. I can help with day-to-day edits and keep your website looking fresh.

Light Graphic Design

I add a splash of creativity to your projects, ensuring they're as visually appealing as you envision them being.

​What I can help with - newsletter layout and design, graphics creation, flyers & brochure design.

Project Support

Assisting with project coordination, documentation, and follow-up tasks as needed. I'm ready to help tackle tasks with the enthusiasm of a puppy at a park.

What I can help with - Help brainstorming, reminders of deadlines, or basic client outreach, I'm your gal!

I also provide web design services (using Wix), but that's a story for another website. If you think you want/need a website let me know!

My Process

Let's Chat!

Initial introduction chat where you can share your pain points and what you think you might need help with. This is an opportunity for you to ask me ALL the questions.

Proposal

Based on our initial conversation I will send you a proposal outlining the tasks I will assist with and the cost of my services.

Contract

Once you approve the proposal, I will follow up with a contract. This will also include any and all onboarding information from how I work, how you can contact me to payment information.

Pricing Plans

Please keep in mind that my packages are not one-size-fits-all. If you're interested in my services but these options don't quite match your needs, feel free to get in touch. Share your requirements, and let's explore how we can tailor a solution that works best for you.

Dew Drop

Morning Dew Starter Package

5 hours minimum

$35 per hour

Ready to dip your toes into the world of virtual assistance and find out if it's the right fit for you? Curious to see if we're a match and work well together?

 

If you've got a spontaneous task or a small project on your plate, this package is tailor-made for you!

 

All hours must be used within the month and payment will be required in advance.

Dewdrop Delight Standard Package

10 hours a month

$320 per month

This package is perfect if you are at the stage where you're eager to lighten your workload,  fed up with the repetitive, day-to-day tasks, and ready to reclaim your time and focus on what truly matters.

​

All hours must be used within the month and are payable on the first of each month.

 

Extra hours will be charged at my normal hourly rate of $35/hr. 

Gentle Rainfall Premium Package

20 hours a month

$620 per month

This package is perfect if you are prepared to shift your focus towards business growth and entrust more tasks to a virtual assistant allowing  you to propel your business forward.

All hours must be used within the month and are payable on the first of each month.

 

Extra hours will be charged at my normal hourly rate of $35/hr.

Torrential Showers Ultimate Package

40 hours a month

$1,20per month

This package is perfect for you if you are ready to elevate your business to the next stage or simply want some well-deserved downtime but require an extra pair of hands to make it happen. 

 

All hours must be used within the month and are payable on the first of each month.

 

Extra hours will be charged at my normal hourly rate of $35/hr.
